I am a UKCP-registered attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapist, and emotionally focused couples therapist. I lead Individual and Couples Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) Development at The Bowlby Centre and co-present Hold Me Tight: Conversations for Connection workshops.
I have an advanced diploma in couples and psychosexual therapy and am a registered art therapist. I am a member of the
Forum for Independent Psychotherapists (FiP)
and a registered Supervisor.
I work in Central Cambridge, the City of London and
London Bridge.
I offer a confidential and caring place in which to talk about personal and professional difficulties in either short or long term psychotherapy with individuals, couples and young people.
I use the AEDP model and techniques in my practice, and believe they play a vital part in the therapy relationship, alongside sensitive understanding, respect and creativity, to create the deepest potential for healing and transformative change.
